• Space allocation will only be organised after having received and approved the application form, and the corresponding payment received.  Should an exhibitor request a change in location or surface, the organisation will, if possible, offer different possibilities according to those requests. The exhibitor shall confirm in writing his acceptance.
• Stand allocation will be decided according to the general distribution for the different sectors.
